Reinstall glass, header, fasten header to wall. Install the header dry first so that you can get the door opening correctly fitted. Bring the glass inside. Found ABC Shower Door online in the middle of a bathroom renovation. Senior Prima Pivots require this adapt block which includes a new pivot. The Picture shows a header sitting on the panels before the door was installed.
